Hi. Me and my girlfriend are seeking property to rent privately. We looking for a flat, house or something else, but not bedroom or studio's please. Preferably location: around the Maidstone area (Kent) or close to Maidstone. It can be: around town centre, Linton, Coxheath, Loose, Boughton Monchelsea, Shepway or Downswood, East Farleigh, Barming, Tovil. We would like kitchen with integrated appliances (oven/hob, fridge/freezer & washing machine). Bathroom with shower over the bath. Wardrobe(s). The main thing is part furnished or fully furnished property.
Will be good for one parking space. We don’t have pets.
Date planning to move as soon as possible. Wish on 1st January, 2011.
Up to about £500 per month.
